REGISTRATION FEES & DEPOSITS:
To help determine the number of professional trainers and coaches needed and the number of athletes guaranteed to the program, an early registration discount of $100 will be given to the first 20 athletes to register with full payment.  Registration fees per session are $800 for a minimum of 16 classes and $1000 for 20 classes.

July Session: July 2nd – July 30th
August Session: August 6th – August 31st

A nonrefundable deposit of $250 is required to secure your spot in the program.  Remaining registration fee is due on the corresponding deadline assigned to each session, see below.
July Registration Deadline: June 18, 2007
August Registration Deadline: July 23, 2007
Deposits will be applied towards your total registration fee.

REFUNDS: Refunds, Cancellations and Returned Checks: Refunds of all monies, less a deposit of $250, will be made for medical purposes ONLY and must be accompanied by a physician’s letter of explanation prior to your registration deadline. No Exception! If an athlete is unable to attend for reasons other than medical, the registration fee (less a $250 deposit) will be refunded as follows: 100% within 48 hours of initial date of registration; 75% prior to registration deadline or it may be used towards the registration fee of another participating athlete. No refunds given after session deadlines, neither will deductions be made for late arrivals, early departures, or for any reason. RETURN CHECKS: Return check fee is $35.

Referral – $25.00

Group of 10 = 10% off group = $9,000.00
Group of 10 Early Registration = 15% off group = $8,500.00

Group of 5 = 5% off group = $4,750.00
Group of 5 Early Registration = 10% off group = $4,500.00
