Art Of Blocking

Learn and perfect one of the most important positions in the game of football, the offensive lineman.  The primary focus for this position is to improve the athlete’s size and strength.  Undergo our strength and conditioning program that not only consists of weightlifting, but techniques and drills to increase the foot speed and agility of the player.  Athletes will train to perfect the basic three point stance, proper hand positioning, and improve mobility.  Athletes will understand the relation of balance and coordination and its affect on the athlete’s ability to recognize the defense. 

Another quality essential to this position include the ability to eliminate distraction.  This characteristic will help the athlete develop his ability to evaluate a previous play while concentrating and making necessary adjustments for the next; a distinct trait that sets the best players apart from the average players.
