ABOUT US

The Art of Football Incorporated (AOF) is an elite football program specializing in the development of football athletes to achieve their potential level of competition.  Its founders are three former NFL players from the Dallas/Ft. Worth area with a love for football.  They are founding AOF to formalize their expertise and experience as a training and development program for football athletes.

AOF offers athletes high quality and skilled training to help them achieve their maximum level of potential and display skills and techniques of that above their competition. 

The initial focus will be to improve our athletes in the following areas: speed and agility, strength and conditioning, and skills and technique.  Training sessions will be segregated by position to give each athlete one-on-one assistance specific to his or her need.  Other areas of concentration include diet and nutrition, pre-warm up and drills, and sportsmanship all of which will better the athlete on and off the field.
